i think this bit:
" Document 47 is to be received de bene esse. The plaintiff having admitted that the circumstances
prevailing in the market for uranium concentrates are as stated in the Marketing Plan (being document
117)"
looking at the different definitions for "de bene esse" my best guess as it is used here is that it is nothing more than a clarification that document 47 probably relates to the anticipated uranium market as opposed to document 117 which relates to the current uranium market.
whatever it exactly is i think it is nothing more than a clarification anyway.
there appears to be a number of slightly different legal definitions for "de bene esse" so i think we all would be guessing as to the exact meaning of this order.
i don't think it is a positive or a negative. it looks to me to be a clarification.
