it didn't state if the marketing plan was an alliance marketing plan or a quasar marketing plan.

if i could only guess it being one or the other i would guess it to be referring to an alliance marketing plan.

once again i wouldn't read anything into it anyway. i think it is nothing more than putting everything into context and J Stanley making sure that everything is viewed correctly with regard to how stuff is being presented.
