    Why would AGS have to admit that the current market is as stated in their own marketing plan? I would say the marketing plan was Quasars. Isn't that why we went to court in the first place!

    Quasar was stating that they were stockpiling due to the current uranium market.

    Looks as thought AGS couldn't have got their product sold no matter how hard they tried.
