The longer the judge takes the better, it;s a hard sell to say we are not happy with the actions of out JV partner, even though we have signed everything over in good faith.
If it was clear cut we would of had a decision, not the one we all want, it would have been like 'DON"T WASTE MY TIME HQ HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL.
The fact that it's taking time means the judge is thinking, reading assessing, slow down everyone, the longer the better..
