I only have a small parcel and my normal instincts when the lawyers come in is to bail (my losses are under 20% so far from this so it wouldn't be too bad a move) but all things considered, and knowing that full value is well above 1 dollar, I'm happy to sit this one out.

I think worst case that will happen is that we get a less than optimum but not disastrous settlement, I can't see how our courts and the SA govt are going to let a foreign entity rip us off completely.
