All good points and well outlined thanks. The fact that AGS questioned the early estimates provided by Quaser, and had to engage independent consultants is significant and should provide credibility for AGS, and identify the real motives for the dispute. I'm not sure how mining exports are assessed, but I wonder if previous royalty payments by Quaser are as accurate as their current estimates. Perhaps relevant agencies should check?
