Well we knew it was coming but still disappointing for the Holders.

The Blues Boys will now do their risk analyse of costs involved here.

What happens cost wise:

Cost of giving AGS a fairer deal and starting production for income stream?

Cost of court delay meaning:

-lost income

-lost contracts

-court costs in Blues loosing case

- Bad Publicity of which they dont want any, good or bad\

- Possible breakup of joint venture (raised earlier )

The Blues Boys have far more to loose here now that their Bluff has been called.

AGS has the cash resources to wait far longer than the BB can literally afford to wait.

AGS are serious here, hence the disposal of Maldon ( real shame ), they want to focus 100% on the "big game" now in play.

I guess P. Mutz knows exactly how far the BB will go otherwise he would have seetled by now.

I hope he is right
