    "The quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO), also known as the Ebdon Effect, is a quasiperiodic oscillation of the equatorial zonal wind between easterlies and westerlies in the tropical stratosphere with a mean period of 28 to 29 months."

    Interesting it may be, but I'd point out that 28 month cycle periods don't relate to global warming over decades and centuries.
