Ignoring the climate aspect of the QBO for which we differ on.
It certainly is worthy of asking the question. How is that the orbital perturbations of major planets are seen to directly correlate with with Earths Equatorial zonal winds.
The data strongly suggests correlation. The question is how does it control the equatorial winds.
