Jupiter, Mars and the QBO. Previouly I have been working with the Cos theta. Then it occurred awhile ago to me that angular velocity of the planets could be the reason for the anomalies in the sync.
So i simply used the difference in angle from one month to the next and whammo. Bloody good correlation.
