A 28-29 month oscillation of equatorial zonal winds that your Russian scientist theorises may be caused by Mars and Jupiter orbital changes doesn't relate to the 100 year plus climate change we are seeing due to greenhouse gasses. Your Russian doesn't suggest that in the slightest.
