I never did.
Today when investigating the QBO and GPT data correlation i decided to update the QBO data. The previous set ended in December 2016.
Today i downloaded the data till Sept 2019. I noticed some subtle changes.
I then cross referenced to the original download from 2017approx when I downloaded it.
Low and behold the amplitude of the QBO has change drastically. Previously the Western Phase was signifacntly stronger than the Easter phase. Today they have gone a long way forward in ensuring the differential between east and west winds are now similar. I wish I had used the way back machine
I wish I had a screen video of the download from a few years back to compare to now! I did screen video the Bronniman data. but not the CB data. Bummer!
No explanation for the change!
Note the time stamp has not altered. Only the amplitude of the data has!
