Beware of a new capital raising!!

From what I see here there seems to be a lot of difficulty understanding the quarterly statements. Surely one of the first objects of good management is to make these statements understandable to ordinary shareholders - even if that means an extra half page of explanation.

Once statements are difficult to understand you need to ask whether or not that is deliberate.

If a capital raising does eventuate you must be sure it has a real chance of delivering progress towards a viable company and is not just a means of financing salaries for several more years.
