    Chairman sells shares for "tax reasons".

    Top 2 finance guys depart.

    Commodity prices remain low-particularly for zinc.

    Capital raising out of the blue to pay for Einasleigh.

    Baal Gammon has well known metallurgical issues.

    Nickel deposit not sold.

    Quarterly has the potential to be yet another shocker in my opinion.Big cashflow issues.
