As I've said before the major parties in Australia are dumb and stupid.

Why oh why wasn't the funding provided on the proviso that no dividends or bonuses could be paid, until the money was paid back?

Even if it was interest free, at least we'd be clawing it back slowly.

But no, the ALPLNPGREEN unholy alliance just waived it through.

None of the politicians responsible for this wanton waste will have to pay it back. Not one.

They'll leave parliament with a lifetime indexed pension and probably an order of Australia award.
