Be good to see who the next large anchor client will be take large leases. Any rumors? Sure to be a large well known company or subsidiary.
What do ppl think Qube will do with partial sale of Moorebank? Pay off debt? Return capital to shareholders?
Consolidate/buy more? It’s a large player in logistics already. Is there room for more consolidation (I thought there was. Or maybe that was 10 years ago).
