Looks like Qube are exploring a sale at Moorebank Logistics Park (link to Australian below) - don't mind this strategy, sell the real estate while industrial yields are at an all time low and land values all time high but retain the operating rights to the intermodal and focus on core business.
Their AGM document references this also saying "As foreshadowed at our full year results announcement, the Board is continuing to consider a range of options with regard to funding and monetising the Moorebank project."
