I think one of the things that not many people are taking into account is that Magnolia has the potential of beating some of the projects already under construction to produce first gas. I don't like blowing the LNG trumpet but surely this has to be a positive when looking to sign up BTAs, not to mention the ability to offer cheaper tolling agreements.

I think if we sign another BTA then that should be enough to find the equity to start construction.

What are everyone else thoughts?
