    Everything you said has been covered in the last week and you are ignoring it.

    BTA's were not being progressed by tollers because they wanted EPC price. EPC price could not be locked in until FERC was issued.

    Now the tollers have to go through their own internal process to sign off, this is the part we are waiting for. This is the information you keep asking for, but keep ignoring.
