    How are these guys trading? They have several million dollars in debt to be paid.

    They have explicitly stated that they will not be requesting an extension past Sept 30.

    They have not informed the market of an extension. They have not informed the market of a sale or refinance.

    Are they not trading while insolvent?? Have they informed the market of ALL material news ??
