some articles I found on Quebec and the moratorium. The chances of any resolution soon look to be disappearing. The report is not anticipated till 2014 and the current gov appears to be looking at a possible permanent ban. Can't remember but how much of this asset have we written off. Was it mentioned at AGM? One company has started legal proceedings against the Gov/Ban but I don't see much hope in generally or being resolved any time soon.
