Getting there a few days before the 19 day tour begins, It includes the Rocky Mountaineer and a 7 day cruise to Alaska. Upon return thought perhaps a week on Vancouver Island and a few more days around Vancouver, then fly over to the east coast for about another 3-4 weeks. Have only paid the deposit, its a small group tour, then on my own the rest of the time. Have been trying to work out transport, accommodation, places of interest, nice walks, art galleries etc. Don't want to miss out on anything, because I won't passing that way again.
