re: market about to pop You've got to be joking. Many reasons for share buy backs and I personally don't believe a share buy back should be allowed to occur without a vote at an AGM. In most cases I favour a dividend or capital return over a share buy back. As for your statement that the management know more about the company and its future, hence the share buy back - what that is plainly ridiculous. Maybe you could go and research management who have bought shares in their companies in the past 6 months and have a look at the current share price of the company. I'll give you 2 to start with - LUM and QTK.
As for the future share price of a company as large as ZFX, it will be determined by the insto's and funds, who would probably hold 80% of the ZFX stocks. Comsecers, Hotcopperites, etc don't have an influence on the ZFX share price.
