The point is you cannot look at dilution of shareholdings without looking at the benefits it buys

I suspect the benefits will outweigh the small dillution to shareholders several times over

As for cash - the recent placement at 4.5 cents was earmarked for such aquisitions, and should not effect operations (as eluded to in the last quarterly TEE appears to moving into positive cashflow from operations)

IMHO
