re: queensland aquisiton - more info please! logic prevailing the acquisition will be earnings positive.
But its not always the case. Assets are purchased for various reasons - to gain market share, because assets are cheap, because they give cash flow. How profitable they currently are we don't know. What kind of earnings multiple are they being purchased at - do they represent good value?
Hopefully these answers will be forthcoming soon.
