re: queensland aquisiton/garry Last time I spoke to Ian May, he said he was mindfull of dillution of value to shareholders.
After all he is a shareholder himself.
I believe the mix of shares and cash will reflect a) what they can pay (presumably on favourable terms) that will not have a detrimental effect on continuing operations and b) an amount of shares that will keep the aquired management/owners vested interest in making it work for Tele-IP.
