I have been waiting for GUL to make an announcement for twenty years! But yes looking at the sellers list, the market seems to have a hunch that something positive will be announced pronto.
By the way, given that the Sydney property market has been 'hot, hot, hot' lately, does anyone know what this former property now diversified 'who knows what' company is doing to develop for example its St Ives assets?
