From our discussion earlier today ... There is nothing hidden or unannounced about Direct Invest (DI) or its subsidiary Pacific CTL or GTL ... DI is mentioned in ASX announcements and Pacific CTL/GTL was found by FactFinder (I think) after some googling (I presume) and posted about on this forum.
Btw, looking back on the close I cant see ugly?
