I think Miles might be on a winner with his promise to establish a state owned energy retailer to undercut the 'free market' oligopoly.

It would probably fail due to the overheads and oncosts of public service bureaucracy, EBA's and DEI, but swing voters don't care about 'can't do' and prefer 'give it a crack' and hope in contrast to the blind faith rusted on LNP, Green & Labs suffer from.
