It's a tough one. Whatever happens, I think the next decision is to add 2 clubs to ensure there are no byes and to get an extra game each round to keep channel 9 happy.
I am a Qlder, but for the sake of the game and its product as a national game, I would love to see a club in Perth and NZ. The game is thriving amongst the Islanders and it keeps growing in NZ. I'd love to see another city in NZ get a franchise. It would also be great for TV scheduling as would a Perth side.
However, i wouldn't have an issue with another in Brissy or Ipswich. But, I think the NRL would be a little concerned with the lack of support for the Titans atm. But, we have gone over those reasons before.
