    This has all stemmed from a supposedly 'accidental' above ground waste water run off into a creek bed.
    Nothing to do with their UCG (under ground) technology or process.

    DERM have stated that CNX can proceed with the trial after DERM give CNX new enviromental regulations and rules to comply to, so it dosent happen again.
