Having lived and worked in one of these regions for over 15 years of ones life, paying the highest tax bracket and also paying the highest price in the country for some of the lowest quality food, services and infrastructure, one would tend to agree with the point you have made Mogga.
All one needed to do to see where the Commonwealth "handouts" were being spent, was to leave the region and venture to the Capital of the state and its immediate surrounds.
In one's opinion should follow a lot of these posts, so, all in one's honest uneducated opinion.
