The reduction of the senior debt is fairly significant. AFG wants to get senior debt down to 400m and this asset sale gets them a long way towards that. Further reductions may be a bit harder - this sale (of the wind farm) was relatively straightforward.
Not sure about the difference in the other debt. Currency fluctuation could be one. Non-completion of other asset sales or price reduction on sales could be another.
