Waste of time...the only ones that will gain anything are the legal parasites. What we need is for a company like STX to do a hostile takeover.....have spoken to a couple of board members. Rob Annells was dumped and replaced with Roland Sleeman with the assertion that he was the man to get things done (remember the letter to the shareholders with reasons Roland Sleeman should take the reigns).....where did it get us......40 billion shares.....no money.....lost the court case and appeal.....Rinehart wants out....sold most of their assets ....the ASX suspension continues and the Moratorium has been extended another twelve months.....tell me if I have missed something here! I would not be surprised if we are delisted given the current financial position. Been in this for around fifteen years in what should be a gas supplier only to be f*ed over again and again.
