as usual you making it all up ,in the original document the then ggg did not want the REE only the uranium, go look at the agreement ,in fact they insisted the original owner took all the REE in an offtake. agreements all here go have a look. in answer to your second bit ,steenstrupine always has been inferior because it is so fine grained it needs extensive and expensive grinding so it can be floated. tanbreez is also at least 4 times as large and effectively a much higher grade.
