wow as usual you take things out of context ,perhaps you should try to explain who westrip is and how they have nothing to do with anything. then perhaps you can explain how this is a victory for ggg ,and finally perhaps you can explain how you got access to confidential court documents. does etm know you have copies of such documents and if so why don't you go to the latter documents showing what happened and how westrip lost all rights because they were backed by ggg.
again more smoke to hide the poor performance of etm at not getting a license, time for you to concentrate on that ,rather than taking selected portions from confidential documents which are 15 years old, all of which shows just how desperate you have become to not talk about etm and its problems
