Query about old agreement, page-32

I believe this person tried to shift GGG shares out from Westrip into Rimbal. Where the previous owner was a director. Into Rimbal. Which was his own private vehicle.
I assume it was to personally own them and increase his voting rights?
Maybe to try force the company to do something or take it over?
Not sure. Do you know why?
But the Westrip shareholders got wind of it and blocked the ploy

Westrip wasnt backed by GGG. The shareholders who took action against this behaviour did and they won and proved they owned the shares and they shouldnt be wrongfully removed from their ownership.
