I though a settlement from the company of $32 million was a clear answer who won. again you mis quote the magistrate who agreed with all parties at the start of the court case against the transfer of the shares but as the company lost big time the end result they were transfer as it was all legal . really instead of trawling through data and finding three words that may fit you imaginary case why don't you look at the final result a massive loss to the company.
