Query about old agreement

I am hoping to jog somebody's mind about a discussion on HotCopper a few years ago. It was about an agreement that GGG had made with Government authorities in Greenland.

GGG was criticised on HotCopper for not having made a public announcement about this agreement.

The gist of the agreement, as I remember it, is that some 12 or so years ago Greenland Minerals (GGG) was granted permission to continue planning and exploration activities relating to uranium mining at Kvanjefeld. However, the agreement stated that In the event of a future Greenlandic government deciding to prohibit uranium mining, Greenland Minerals (GGG) acknowledged that such a decision is within the sovereign rights of Greenland. GGG would have no claim against the Greenlandic government for compensation, for losses resulting from the cessation of uranium mining activities.

This agreement bears no relation, of course to the recent 100 ppm uranium limit slapped on GGG even though it does not intend to mine uranium in an exploitative sense.

A link to the actual agreement was mentioned on HotCopper, but in spite of intensive searching I have not been able to get there.
