Thank you for your detailed costings.
However, the $134 can not be just a typo error!!!

The capital intesity to my understanding is the total cost over a period of time of a project divided by the resource tonnage, Including fianance payback.

My figures were at the extreme side, that the point I was trying to clear up.

I do believe the project is highly profitable, it is only a matter of when the fianance deal is done.
