1 advantage of having mulitiple mills is down time.
If you have only 1 large one then basically the process stops,
Multiple mills the process can continue.
Planned maintenence would be easier with multiple mills.
And would suggest if you have one pruduct/mill that works well, stick with it as lower costs keeping spare parts...
