I estimate ORS to had about $1.91M in cash at end of March 2013.
I have based this on their latest Appendix 5B which showed they had $1.95M cash at the end of Dec 2012 & their estimated expenses etc for the quarter.
I am not sure when their next 5B is due -probably in a few weeks I'd say- this will give you the exact amount they held at the end of March 2013.
They are a little low on cash, however, I believe ORS are about to (this quarter), if they haven't already become cash flow neutral.
I do think that ORS may attempt a capital raising in the future, but I believe it would be specifically for the development of one of their projects. Although, the management of ORS seem to be trying to avoid this path and are trying first become cash flow positive and then develop additional project further organically with this cash.
Either way if ORS is to capital raise I cannot see it happening in the next 2 quarters.
