    Are the new shares issed on a pro rata basis determined by a shareholder's current holding? (date?)
    Otherwise if even a minority were given $5,000 worth they would end up with heaps of shares on issue. If pro rata, does this mean holders would have to apply for the max to have any chance of getting a reasonable quantity?
