    Thanks for your informed comments. I tend to think you're probably right about it being a real problem for the juniors.

    In the case of one of them, DYL (in which PDN hold about a 15% interest), the close link with PDN may be helpful . It was interesting to note the ASX announcement yesterday that DYL's MD, Leon Pretorius had just bought another $900K+ of DYL shares @ 0.285 from his own pocket in on-market trades. He would certainly be aware of Namibia's power shortage situation, yet he apparently does not feel that DYL's prospects are too dim.

    I guess that, if some of the juniors ARE unable to move forward, then they are likely to become very attractive takeovers for the few bigger companies that find themselves in an advantageous position in Namibia ... assuming their resources are attractive enough, of course.
