We note your disappointment regarding the nil distribution, however management believes that with CER?s high leverage pre completion of the US portfolio sale, it is prudent to retain capital.



An updated NTA position, inclusive of retained capital, will be provided to the market with the release of the FY11 CER Annual Results.
