"license and supply agreement with POC company ". Doesn't sound like it is all ready to go at all. Sounds like an aspirational statement summarised in a bullet point on a presentation slide. Much like when a mining company bullets in their presentations, "Definitive Feasibility Study and offtake agreements with buyers" etc.
By way of further example:
* Tan's Marriage agreement with Miranda Kerr.
See? - just a bullet point - unfortunately far all from ready to go.
If it was "all ready to go" it would not be a bullet point on a slide it would be an ASX Announcement. Nice try though.
