Sounds to me like there are still paradigm hurdles for POC1's management to get over.
It's my experience that when you get disruptive (seemingly "too good to be true") technologies, it takes a lot of convincing (at least in the ITC space). There's the switching from incumbent tech (new skill, new gear, maybe new factories) which is at the low "easy" end, then there's the psychological and social switching (breaking relationships with old suppliers, not wanting to rock the boat by arguing that the cost savings are nominal).
It's that hump of acceptance that ADO needs to push uphill on.
Every bit of evidence is progress, but we want to see that thing start to roll downhill...
