MMM , No down ramp from me just merely an observation considering how world markets and the ASX are travelling at the moment , QPN has only $2m in the kitty and over 2billion shares on issue. Obviously cash is tight and they issued 6.2m shares for promtional and marketing expenditure recently instead of paying cash for those services.

Yes i would love the share price to go to .003 as then i can buy some . Does mean i trying to down ramp the stock ?? Just stating facts and you can draw your own conclusions .

i do not place much emphasis on broker reports as most of them have a vested interest to ramp up the stock to sell the stock and make money !!! and then us little investors are left out in the cold. Look at Karaga and mirabella companies that have run into trouble and brokers have been recomemding buys on these stocks recently.
