That depends on the CR discount ( max 20%) and consequent market reaction to any raising ( Max $5 ).
They may only raise a smaller amount or they may do a 50% SH rights issue and 50% Insto placement
(preferred). Just depends on the level of interest.
Any way nothing is confirmed yet.
