Timing also depends on expected news flows and what progress can or cannot be made over the Christmas period in any case. This is a funny one in that although any CR (even one restricted to a few tight hands) dilutes, this one will leave the company funded to proceed with a long anticipated / highly valued clinical trial. Just getting it done may therefore be viewed as positive news the market .

What we do know is there will be a new OTC product range release in Japan and that the Japanese wholesalers will have been buying the new stock (they buy in periodic / large batches) to facilitate the launch. This wholesale revenue may spike the December Quarterly IMHO.
